During early years of am immunoassay based company significant amount of data is generated. Typically, such a data is managed with traditional spreadsheet/csv files based systems which are used to create reports or presentations on need basis. However, over period of years it is hard to make sense of all of the data at once.
There are several products in the market which provide data management and dashboarding. However they are targeted towards larger enterprises. Furthermore they are simply unaffordable and overkill for early phases.
Therefore a simpler, custom developed system is an optimal solution. The system uses the sofware ecosystem which is extensively used by scientific communities as well as indutries across the world. The tools inlcude:
